Mira Holdings Limited (MHL) is the parent company of all the companies within the Zammit Group of Companies. The company was registered in February 1981 and has been acting as the Group’s Finance and Treasury Management Function ever since.
Besides its corporate governance duties, the company is responsible for providing the financial resources to finance and support the operations of its subsidiaries, in particular the financial requirements of Mira Motor Sales LTD, a Group company which is involved in the business of importation, local distribution and retail of automobiles.
Through MHL, sales of motor vehicles can be arranged under hire-purchase terms offering clients the option to pay for their motor vehicles over periods of up to 60 months at competitive rates of interest.
Receivables thereof are assigned to MHL and supported by Bills of Exchange, duly accepted by clients.
